W.G. Tucker & Associates, Inc. operates under a retained search arrangement to fill our client’s key executive management and professional positions. Having this commitment allows us to direct all our efforts to filling positions in a timely manner. Retainer fees are paid in three installments. The first one-third of the fee is paid at the commencement of the search assignment; the second third is due several weeks into the search process after the first groups of candidates have been delivered; and the balance is due upon the successful completion of the search.
